Billing & Insurance
We do not bill insurance directly. Instead, we provide clients with a Superbill that can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company before your first session to understand your "out of network" benefits.

We do not accept insurance but are happy to provide superbills for those who have out of network benefits.

Billing is completed at the beginning of each month for services rendered in the previous month. Invoices are due 30 days upon receipt.

Services are provided in homes, preschools, schools, or daycares

We'd love to have you join the session as long as it doesn't become a distraction to your child. If you can't join, notes are provided for each session.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes of direct service with 10 minutes of either note writing or parent debriefing. Session length is assessed on a case-by-case basis and can be adjusted if necessary.

Typically therapy is provided one to two times per week depending on the need.
