Billing & Insurance

We do not bill insurance directly. Instead, we provide clients with a Superbill that can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company before your first session to understand your "out of network" benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We do not accept insurance but are happy to provide superbills for those who have out of network benefits.

  • Billing is completed at the beginning of each month for services rendered in the previous month. Invoices are due 30 days upon receipt.

  • Services are provided in homes, preschools, schools, or daycares

  • We'd love to have you join the session as long as it doesn't become a distraction to your child. If you can't join, notes are provided for each session.

  • Therapy sessions are 50 minutes of direct service with 10 minutes of either note writing or parent debriefing. Session length is assessed on a case-by-case basis and can be adjusted if necessary.

  • Typically therapy is provided one to two times per week depending on the need.
